By accessing or using the Yougee platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Yougee is a platform that connects content creators with brands. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Aspiyas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate platform rules.

3. Platform Usage Rules

For Creators: You agree to fulfill the requirements of the campaigns you accept. Failure to deliver content may result in payment withholding or account suspension.

For Brands: You agree to provide accurate campaign briefs and process payments/product deliveries as promised.

Prohibited Content: Users may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
  • Yougee may charge service fees or subscription costs as outlined in the specific plan you choose.
  • Tax obligations arising from collaborations are the responsibility of the respective parties (Creator/Brand) unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

The Yougee name, logo, and platform software are the exclusive property of Aspiyas Teknoloji ve Ticaret A.Ş. Users retain ownership of the content they create, but grant Yougee a limited license to display it for platform functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aspiyas provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for the success of marketing campaigns, the quality of creator content, or any disputes arising between Brands and Creators, though we may provide mediation tools.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Antalya (Konyaaltı).
