At Yougee, operated by Aspiyas Teknoloji ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Aspiyas", "we", "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a seamless matchmaking experience between Creators and Brands, we collect:

Identity Data: Name, surname, date of birth, and national ID (for tax/legal compliance).

Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and physical address.

Physical Attributes: Height, weight, hair/eye color, shoe size, and skin tone (used for specific campaign filtering).

Social Media Performance: Handle/username, engagement rates, follower demographics, and niche categories.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs.

Financial Data: IBAN, billing information, and transaction history.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed based on your consent and our legitimate interests:

Matchmaking: Connecting Creators with the most relevant brand campaigns using our AI-driven filters.

Fulfillment: Managing payments, product deliveries for campaigns, and subscription services.

Security: Preventing fraud and ensuring account safety.

Legal Compliance: Adhering to tax laws and digital service regulations.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

Brands: Only the specific data required for a campaign you have applied for or joined.

Service Providers: Payment gateways (e.g., Iyzico), cloud hosting, and shipping companies.

Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Subject Rights (GDPR/KVKK)

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to object to automated processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@aspiyas.com.

5. Instagram Data

Connecting Instagram is optional. If you connect your Instagram professional (Creator or Business) account, we access it through Instagram's official API, only with the permissions you approve, and only for your own account:

Profile and media: Username, name, profile picture, biography, follower, following and media counts, and your posts and reels (media, caption, date, link, like and comment counts).

Insights: Account performance (reach, profile views, accounts engaged, website clicks, total interactions), post and reel insights (views, reach, saves, shares, watch time) and aggregate follower demographics (age, gender, country). We never receive the identity of your followers.

We use this data to show your account and content performance in your dashboard, to fill the Instagram section of your portfolio, to let you pick posts when logging brand deal deliverables and to track how those posts perform. Stats appear on your public portfolio only if you turn them on. We do not post, comment or send messages on your behalf, and we do not sell Instagram data or use it for advertising. Instagram data is kept only while your account is connected.

6. How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your data at any time in any of these ways:

Disconnect Instagram: In the Yougee app, go to Integrations, open the Instagram card and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes your access token and all data we retrieved from Instagram, including your profile, posts, insights, demographics and the metrics of deliverables linked to your posts.

Delete your account: In the Yougee app, go to Settings and click Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data, including Instagram data.

Request by email: Email hello@aspiyas.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also remove Yougee from Instagram (Settings, then Apps and websites). This stops any further access, but to delete the data we have already stored, use one of the options above.
