CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Yougee is operated by Aspiyas Teknoloji ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Aspiyas", "we", "us"). Payments on our platform are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller. This policy details your rights regarding withdrawals and refunds for digital products and subscriptions, in full compliance with Paddle's global standards and local consumer laws.
1. General Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law or specific statutory rights mentioned below, all Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital service is delivered or an automated matchmaking feature is accessed, the value is considered consumed.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Turkey, EU, UK, EEA)
If you are a consumer located in Turkey, the European Union, or the United Kingdom:
14-Day Right to Withdraw: You have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content or service contracts and receive a full refund, starting from the date of the Transaction.
Waiver of Rights: This right to withdraw does not apply to digital content if the performance has begun (e.g., you have logged in, accessed campaign data, or utilized premium features) and you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights during checkout.
Subscriptions: The 14-day window applies to the initial purchase. If a subscription includes a free trial, the 14-day withdrawal period begins again immediately after the free trial ends.
3. Technical Defects and Product Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the platform's features:
- Please contact us first at hello@aspiyas.com to resolve the issue.
- If we cannot resolve the defect, a refund will be issued via Paddle in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.
4. Subscription Cancellations
If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation will prevent future billing.
- Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-term cancellations.
5. How to Request a Refund
To exercise your right to withdraw or request a refund, you must use one of the following Paddle-supported methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Transaction confirmation email.
- Visit Paddle's Buyer Support site at https://paddle.net and select the "Request Refund" option.
- Contact us at hello@aspiyas.com with your transaction details.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 14 days of approval.
- Upon refund, access to the relevant Yougee Product or Premium feature will cease immediately.
7. Fraud and Chargebacks
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
We encourage you to contact Aspiyas or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank. If a chargeback is initiated, your Yougee account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
